Returns

You may return items within 14 days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and unopened.
For hygiene reasons, perfume bottles that have been opened cannot be returned.

How to Return
Contact us at supukperfumes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions and a returns address.
Ship the item back using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first to arrange the exchange.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
